The Waves plug-in collection have been used on everyone from Beyoncé to Billie Eilish, Coldplay to Drake, to Kendrick Lamar. Combining the warmth of analog gear with digital precision, the plug-ins have been described as having “shaped the sound of a generation”

Now, Waves have finally revamped the renowned collection with their latest update: Waves V11. The update offers a series of notable improvements, but perhaps most attention-grabbing is the new user interface which allows for streamlined and intuitive interaction.

Waves V11 update brings a new look to its prominent collection, as well as compatibility with the latest DAWs, free plug-ins, and more.

Waves V11 incorporates updated versions of all 8 Renaissance plugins, including newly designed interfaces for each plug-in, with three options for interface appearance: Light, Dark, and Legacy.

Other updates to the plug-ins include real-time frequency analysers which have been added to the R-EQ and R-Channel plug-ins, as well as a complete revision of the R-Channel user interface for more intuitive use, and more than 700 new presets. There are also a series of free plug-ins added to Premium bundles.

Some of the other features of the update include full ongoing compatibility with the latest major DAWs and operating systems – including macOS 10.15 Catalina.

The update also brings performance improvements including quicker loading time, smoother and more accurate visuals, more responsive controls, and bug fixes. One such improvement is the ability to now set any preset in any plug-in as the default.

Additionally, Waves has added personal tech support to your Waves Update Plan coverage, available over phone, email, and TeamViewer.

It’s a truly noteworthy update on an already impressive collection, so any Waves user should be sure to jump on it. For more info, and to get the update, head over to Waves.
