One of the best things about music is that it’s meant to be shared, and that’s exactly what makes collaborations so special.
Happy Mag has collaborated with Newtown stalwarts Tokyo Lamington on an Australian native–inspired limited-edition lamington series to celebrate Australian Country Music Month.
As we celebrate the spirit of community through our Live From Happy sessions and exclusive Happy Interviews, the artists visiting Happy this month are treated to Tokyo Lamington tea, coffee, and of course their lemon myrtle lamington, inspired by the colours of this year’s branding.

Tokyo Lamington are keeping company in the studio this month, bringing their quintessential Aussie goodness to Noise Machines. Their signature creations — including a lemon myrtle lamington inspired by this year’s Country Music Month branding — add a warm, distinctly local touch to the sessions.
Music is at the heart of everything produced, but when partners like Tokyo Lamington bring their flavour into the mix, it transforms the experience. It’s a shared celebration where food, community, and creativity come together to create something bigger than any one of us.
Expect killer performances, up-close interviews, and the kind of studio moments that capture why music’s always better together.
And this is just the beginning, more collabs, more artists, and more stories to come.
