Flea and Anderson .Paak have joined forces in Buenos Aires to get their sesh on.
After spotted hanging out at Lollapalooza Argentina, the duo got together at a local event called Jam Club. Now is the time to rejoice, because eight minutes of the meet-up were recorded and have emerged on the internet.
Music festival Lollapalooza has a funny way of bringing people together, with footage emerging of a jam session featuring Flea, Anderson .Paak and Mac DeMarco.
With our favourite gap-toothed doofus Mac DeMarco watching on, Flea churns out some serious bass chops while Paak works the drums.
The end result is some damn cool psych sounds delivered in a brilliantly unordered manner that you need to check out.
The trio’s appreciation for each other was not lost on punters, who noted DeMarco performed a rendition of Red Hot Chili Peppers’ Can’t Stop during his Brasil show.
The last offering from the Chili Peppers came in the form of 2016’s The Getaway, while Mac’s This Old Dog hit the airwaves just last year. Paak is set to release some new stuff before the end of the year but for now – bask in the latest footage of Mac dancing in a turkey suit.
