Drinks, tunes, and a view of the harbour? Sounds on the Terrace returns for Vivid Sydney

Any chance of finding yourself in Circular Quay on June 5th with nothing to do? Well, have we got an event for you.

The Museum of Contemporary Art and Young Henrys are back with Sounds on the Terrace. This time, the amazing spectacle of Vivid Sydney will be in full swing.

Take a load off on the MCA terrace as you listen to live tunes, sip some signature cocktails, and enjoy a few nibbles at Sounds on the Terrace.

Teaming up with Young Henrys, Sounds on the Terrace are also bringing you their brand new cocktail, the Lagerita. Pitched as “the love child of a beer and a margarita”, and available only at the terrace, this is one flavour you won’t wanna miss.

June’s event sees Sametime and Moody Beach lighting up the stage. At just 20 and 17 years old, the fresh faces of Sametime are going to show you what they’re about. Fresh off the back of their set at this year’s Bluesfest, they’ve been busking for eight years, polishing their indie pop sound into something distinctly theirs.

Moody Beach will then bring a smooth, vibey touch to the evening with her indie shoegaze stylings. The perfect end to a dreamy night, have a sway on the MCA rooftop, drink in hand, overlooking the harbour. What could be any better?

This is a free event, so make sure you get there on time, it’s bound to fill up pretty quickly. Head here for more info.
