Listen to Griff’s euphoric new single ‘Miss Me Too’

On her new single Miss Me Too, UK artist Griff is on a mission to find herself, with euphoric results.

Griff has released her latest single, an existential and euphoric banger titled Miss Me Too.

The track, which marks the rising UK star’s first release of 2024, is carried by dynamic beats and soaring cinematic synths, as punctuated by Griff’s ever-buttery vocals.

Miss Me Too is produced by Lostboy and SIBA, and sees Griff sing alongside bouncy rhythms and a cathartic chorus, on a quest to find herself as she grows older. “All I want to do,” Griff sings in reference to herself, “is find a way back to you.”

Speaking of the single’s message in a press statement, Griff said Miss Me Too is “about being stuck in this hollow version of yourself after heartbreak and growing up, and wondering where the version of yourself went that once had faith in the world and love.”

Griff wrote Miss Me Too in one of the many AirBnB she had booked to “hide away write [her] new music,” and it was recorded in the makeshift studio of kitchen/living room.

The track arrives hot off the heels of Griff’s sets at Good Things festival in Melbourne and Adelaide in December, where she took to the stage alongside headliners Flume, FOALS and The Avalanches, among others.

Elsewhere, Griff performed her own sold-out headline show in Sydney, and later returned to the country for a whirlwind promo tour that included performances of her unreleased songs.

Miss Me Too builds upon what feels like a breakout moment for Griff, who ushered in her new musical chapter with the release of the single Vertigo in August of last year.

The four-track collection vert1go vol.1 followed in December, spawning the Chris Martin-assisted single Astronaut.

Miss Me Too is said to be the start of a new creative journey for Griff throughout 2024, but in the meantime, you can check out the new single below.
