A few weeks back now we premiered a cute little vid for High-tails single Bending Over Backwards, the band shooting the shit, smashing some teas, hitting up some high stakes poker, and slaughtering roaches with water pistols in their living rooms. If you’re keen for some tea drinking, foot stomping guitar-pop action, head down to Brighton Up Bar on Oxford St. for a pretty sweet lineup, headlined by High-tails themselves.
Brighton Up Bar hosts another pretty hectic lineup – indie jams and some ambient, beat heavy tunes from High-tails and Snowy Nasdaq respectively.
After a rollicking tour down the East coast in March with ledges Loon Lake, Wolf & Cub and The Cairos, the indie kids are returning to the stage alongside an eclectic lineup of Snowy Nasdaq and Klaus Kinski. The former is an ambient producer from Melbourne who remixed High tails’ aforementioned single, as well as crafting his own entirely dancey mixes from some pretty cool sources. Tickets are $10 on the door, kicks off at 8:00pm.
