Over the past week, Reddit user Surface_area999 has posted a collection of ultra close-up photos of cannabis trichomes.
The user surface_area999 was recently banned and kicked out of their Instagram account, due to posting ‘inappropriate content’… In other words, super cool pictures of weed.
Fortunately, they’ve taken to Reddit to share their magnificent photography.
As you can see, the results are truly magical.
Trichomes are tiny growths on plants, kind of like little hairs. These growths act as a defence mechanism for cannabis plants and can grow in a pretty broad variety of ways.
Like this very phallic trichome.
