Summer Thieves Performs ‘Potions’ Live From Happy

New Zealand reggae inspired pop band Summer Thieves came swung by our new studio, Noise Machines, for an epic solo performance of their song ‘Potions’ for our NZ Music Month Live From Happy series.
‘Potions’ is from their 2021 record ‘Paradise Down The Road’ and singer/guitarist Jake Barton gave us a very special version.
Avid’s support made this Live from Happy session possible, using their Pro Tools Software and Carbon Pre Audio Interfaces.
NZ Music Month runs throughout May and we’re showcasing some of NZ’s best new artists. This year NZ music month is celebrating ‘Community and Collaboration’ this year.
In Australia supporting fellow Kiwi act L.A.B — watch their Live from Happy here — Summer Thieves singer Jake graced our studio one his own armed with his acoustic guitar and the work of art that adorns it.
