When a California couple were taking wedding photos in their picturesque local forest, they met a few unexpected travellers. While forests are a perfect setting for cute, au naturale wedding photography, they’re also the perfect backdrop to the gnarly photo ops for black metal bands.
The couple, a dude named fuckin’ John Awesome and his wife-to-be Nydia Hernandez ran into Coldvoid, who were taking advantage of the night’s full moon to get some promo shots for their upcoming demo Verses From The Deceased.
If you go out to the woods today, you better be in for a surprise, and that surprise is a black metal band ready to crash your wedding photos.
Mr. and Mrs. Awesome plan to wed in winter 2016, but how they can top a happy accident like this one is anyone’s guess. Coldvoid may not be the best fit for a wedding band, but what’s the worst that could happen? They seem pretty accommodating for four dudes dressed in spikes, wielding a sword and a candelabra.
