As if Byron Bay Bluesfest 2016 couldn’t get big enough, founding Beach Boys member Brian Wilson leads the charge on the third artist lineup announcement.
Wilson will be playing the iconic Pet Sounds album in full along with an 11 piece band including fellow Beach Boys member Al Jardine and long time collaborator Blondie Chaplin. Fellow legend Taj Mahal has also been added to the bill to play solo for the first time in Australia in ten years.
Already announced for the festival are The National, Kendrick Lamar, Tom Jones, The Decemberists, City and Colour and plenty more. You can check out the latest additions to the bill below.
