The Living End’s drummer Andy Strachan has gone out on his own and released his first solo single, Follow The Sun, which is set to feature on his upcoming, debut EP. You can listen to the track here.
Everything on the tune except bass was played by Strachan, and was produced and mixed by Woody Anniston and engineered by Dan Caswell at Red Door Studios.
On making the track, Strachan said “I did it because I wanted to. I had a lot of fun doing it and I’m fairly proud of the results. It’s been a real challenge and a steep learning curve trying to do it all on my own but I’ve really enjoyed it and can’t wait to do it all over again.”
His debut EP is set to be released in February 2016.
