Surprise! Greta Van Fleet are playing the Woodstock 50th Anniversary festival

Who even needs official announcements anymore? Pretty much all of the major acts set to perform at Woodstock’s 50th Anniversary have been leaked.

Earlier this week Billboard dropped the secret deets that the Killers, Chance the Rapper and Imagine Dragons are set to perform at Woodstock’s massive week-long 50th Anniversary festival this year. It seems the internet has no mercy, as we now have intel into some other major acts set to join them.

Thanks to the good ol’ internet, you can find out which major acts are playing at Woodstock 2019 without a single lineup announcement!

Now we can also expect to see the likes of Courtney Barnett, JAY-Z, The Black Keys, Miley Cyrus, Greta Van Fleet, Halsey and Cage the Elephant amongst other big names. It is also whispered that some heritage acts including Dead & Co. and Robert Plant (Led Zeppelin) will be taking the stage to commemorate the occasion.

The main festival is set to take place at Watkins Glen, New York, between August 16-18, with a smaller more nostalgic event with original Woodstockians (including Ringo Starr and Santana) at the original site on the same dates.

With the official information coming from the festival itself has been nought but a sprinkle, expected 100 000+ festival goers are getting restless. Rumour has it that the first official lineup announcement can be expected in the next week or two.
