Having only released their debut single earlier this year, it’s pretty amazing that Paden have already landed on such a confident, well-thought-out sound. With ethereal vocal melodies and shimmering production, the band craft flawless slices of indie-pop that feel simultaneously nostalgic and fresh.
On Christmas Chorus, the duo glide through their signature blend of pop, indie-rock and jazz to deliver a song that will immerse you wholly, roping you into warm and melancholic sounds.
These are still relatively early days for Paden, but judging by everything we’ve heard so far, I think we can safely expect plenty more quality material from this Nashville duo. Here’s hoping we won’t have to wait long to hear what they deliver next.
