Australian bluegrass took a sharp turn some eighteen months ago when Charley Castle and her Boys in a Well galavanted onto the scene.
Ever since, they’ve been blowing the roofs off pubs and bars across Australia with their charming and infectious country sound.
Today, Charley announces her long-awaited debut EP, Charley Castle & the Boys in the Well, to be released on September 25.
Alongside the EP, she’s also hosting two secret backyard shows in Sydney on Saturday the 19th and Sunday the 20th of September to launch the release!
Each show features a different opener, from Isobel Knight for the first show, to Cast Iron Kid for the second.
Then, an official launch show will be held on the 25th.
Having toured the country with a refreshing sound and show, infusing the hard-driving feel of her genre with confessional lyricism and emotional intelligence, these next feel-good live shows can’t be missed.
