At the end of January the Sydney Opera House will play host to the inaugural Sound + Vision showcase, providing a nigh of music, art and technology.
Held in the Concert Hall, the event will feature four upcoming musical acts working in collaboration with three visual artists, to create an immersive performance, which will all be powered by Samsung technology. Artist Joe Crossley will be using this technology along with motion sensors, midi triggers and audio manipulation to create different forms of artwork for each individual set.
Free to the public, the event will see Empress Of team up with light and sound artist Nonotak, Banoffee and Oscar Key Sung will work with photo-surrealist Prue Stent and Charles Murdoch will be paired with design duo Tin&Ed.
The event will be going down on Sunday January 31 at 7pm.
