Celebrating the 30th anniversary of their hugely successful album Psychocandy, The Jesus and Mary Chain have announced a one-off show in Melbourne in March next year.
This will be the first time the band has played in Australia since they appeared at the V Festival back in 2008, with the upcoming show showcasing Psychocandy in full. Earlier last month, Jesus and Mary co-founder Jim Reid indicated that the band has started work on their first album since 1998, when they released their LP Munki.
They will be taking over the Forum Theatre in Melbourne on Monday March 7. Tickets go on sale Thursday December 3 at 9am.
