South Australian folk rocker Timberwolf is set to hit the road this August in support of his recently released EP Flux.
Fresh from performances at Groovin’ The Moo, and following rave reviews of his sophomore EP plus plenty of play on triple J, the solo songwriter will be heading out on his first ever headline tour, hitting the major cities this August.
Following this he will be heading the NZ for the first time in support of Gin Wigmore, playing a set of stripped back shows before heading back to his homeland with her for two more shows.
On top of all this Timberwolf has been signed to WAU Management (Violent Soho, REMI, The Kite String Tangle), and has begun working on his debut album with producer Jake Miller (Jesse Davidson, The Preatures) at Tileyard Studios. About the recording, he has opened up saying “I don’t think I’ve ever been so excited about a recording, it’s definitely my most progressive piece yet. It really fits with where I’m at with my writing at the moment. It was nice to produce something that sounds a bit different. It’s definitely not what people will expect.”
Exciting times are ahead for the singer/songwriter. Check out all the tour details below:
