Pets travelling with refugees from Ukraine will be allowed into Finland without any paperwork.
Considering the circumstances, pets travelling with Ukrainians or with owners under force majeure circumstances leaving Russia will be authorised to enter Finland without a prior application or permit.
The good news is welcomed as one less thing to worry about.
