Armie Hammer has been living in the Cayman Islands since hectic allegations came out in 2021 and now a Twitter user has accused him of something else.
It’s been almost 12 months since Armie Hammer made headlines for allegedly wanting to eat humans and now there is a new rumour spreading about the actor but don’t worry, it’s far less frightening.
Armie has disappeared from the public eye after pretty much being cancelled following several allegations of sexual violence.
The actor’s lawyers have now been forced to deny a very strange humour that Armie has started working in the hotel industry.
A Twitter user posted a photo of a flyer last week that showed Armie as a concierne working at Morritt’s Resort in Grand Cayman.
The flyer read, “I am your personal concierge and am here to help you get the very best from your vacation.” with a list of activities and a photo of Armie Hammer.
The now-deleted tweet was posted with the caption: “My friend’s parents went on vacation in the Cayman Islands and Armie Hammer was their concierge,”
Armie’s lawyer, Andrew Brettler spoke with Variety confirming that the tweet was nothing more than a joke that was actually orchestrated by the actor’s friends at the hotel in which he had been living in.
It certainly isn’t the worst story to be spread about Hammer with allegations of emotional and sexual abuse from exes Courtney Vucekovich and Paige Lorenze.
Although one woman accused Hammer of rape, an LAPD investigation was completed and no charges were pressed.
Screenshots of messages from women also circulated, depicting The Social Network actor as having cannibalistic fetishes.
Armie was soon fired from a number of projects and checked into a treatment centre for drug, alcohol and sex issues.
