Well yeah, they’re a multi-billion dollar corporation and we’re a Sydney music magazine, but that doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy a healthy bit of envy.
Instagram have recently moved into a new set of offices in California. Designed by San Francisco design firm Gengler, the brand spanking new building has been put together head to toe to look exactly like Instagram.
Instragram’s new office is as slick as their app, and to be honest the folks at Happy Mag kind of wish we were moving in too.
It’s been a couple of years since Instagram was inhaled by Facebook for roughly $1 billion, and their growth hasn’t stopped. Since then they’ve gone global. These days, it’s even possible for fashionistas, models and other influencers to make a living off their prolific Insta feed.
The California offices will be the new home of Instagram’s 350 employees, and includes facilities such as a library, multiple kitchens and cafeterias and a meeting room named ‘The Darkroom’.
Meanwhile, at Happy HQ, we have one room. It’s a pretty sick room though, there’s a water cooler and everything.
Jump on below to check out some pics from the new office, and join us in our seething jealousy.
