Dune Rats are a surf-punk three piece from Brisbane. The trio consists of guitarist and lead vocalist Danny Beus, drummer BC Micheals (son of Powderfinger's JC) and bassist Brett Jansch.
In 2014 the group released their self-titled debut album through their label Ratbag Records. It included the single Dalai Lama Big Banana Marijuana. In 2015 Dune Rats made their first signing to Ratbag Records, Skeggs.
In 2017 they dropped their second album The Kids Will Know It's Bullshit which debut at No.1 on the ARIA Charts and confirmed their place amongst the Australian garage rock scene.
