Welcome back to Happy Mag’s Staff Picks, where every week we highlight our favourite new music releases.

As usual there is way too much good music being released on the daily, so much so, our Spotify playlists are in serious danger of taking us on an unstoppable playlist marathon that never threatens to repeat on itself.

From the highly anticipated releases from Coach Party, Clowns, to Archy Moor’s hard hitter, we have got some real treats for you today; so without further ado, let’s get into that sweet sweet music.

Archy Moor  Sick

Wrap your earholes around the future of  UK Hip-Hop. “Sick,” the brand new single from Archy Moor. Born in Nigeria and making his mark in Dublin, this rising star has been quietly gaining traction, receiving noteworthy support from influential tastemakers in the scene.

Coach Party  Parasite

Coach Party, the rising Isle-of-Wight group, drops “Parasite” today, a fierce track from their debut album “KILLJOY” out on September 8, 2023 via Chess Club Records. Clocking in at under two minutes, “Parasite” is a blazing punk anthem that mercilessly exposes those who thrive on others’ kindness.

Whitney  Kansas

Our favourite indie rockers drop “Kansas,” after evolving from its inception during the 2017 Forever Turned Around writing sessions, it has become the title track of LP2. This March, the band revisited and completed its original conception, which they now share with the world.

Clowns  Thanks 4 Nothing

Melbourne’s celebrated punk rock force, CLOWNS, ignites the spark anew through their latest single, “THANKS 4 NOTHING.” This track serves as the third glimpse into their eagerly awaited album, ‘ENDLESS.’

Jet City sports Club Drug Store (Waste My Time)

The sound of nostalgia and innocence, the new track by Jet City Sports Club beckons you to immerse yourself in its charms. Additionally, the band has collabed with Heaps Normal to craft an exclusive acoustic rendition of “Drug Store (Waste My Time),” complemented by an accompanying video.

THE NARCISSISTS Another Day Of Poison

THE NARCISSISTS release their second EP, “ANOTHER DAY OF POISON,” a resonant experience akin to the sounds of IDLES, Shame, and Protomartyr – a must for those in sync with this sonic vibe.
