Bob Moses announce an east coast tour of Australia this November

Canadian electronic duo Bob Moses have announced two Australian east coast shows this November to accompany their appearance at this year’s Strawberry Fields festival.

The duo will be performing at Sydney’s Metro Theatre on November 28th before heading down to Melbourne to perform at 170 Russell the next night. The recent Grammy nominees have released two albums, Days Gone By (2015) and Battle Lines (2018). Tracks from these releases have become frequent radio hits in Australia as well as internationally.

After their most notable single, Tearing Me Up, earned the duo a couple of Grammy nominations they have achieved tremendous success, even performing at world-renowned festivals such as Coachella, Lollapalooza and Bonnaroo.

The duo consists of Tom Howie and Jimmy Vallance who attended high school together. Their moniker is named after ‘master builder’, Robert Moses, who was integral to the growth of metropolitan New York City. They got their big break playing at underground warehouse parties in Brooklyn, New York, until they released their debut EP in 2012.

Strawberry Fields festival will go from November 29th to December 1st, allowing the duo to rap up their east coast tour before dishing up their characteristic festival sets in Tocumwal.

General ticket sales are live from 9am on August 30th.
