Catch Wayward Suns playing Airlie Beach Festival of Music next weekend

If you’re as excited as we are about The Wayward Suns‘ new album Paradigm, you’ll be pleased to know that they’re playing a ripper slot at next weekend’s Airlie Beach Festival of Music.

Everyone’s favourite sunny Gold Coast quintet will be gracing the main stage next weekend at Airlie Beach Festival after smashing it at Passport to Airlie, taking out the winner’s title at Australia’s biggest battle of the bands.

The Wayward Suns’ unique blend of reggae, hip-hop and funk will be sure to have audiences grooving and shaking at Airlie Beach Festival of Music next weekend.

Airlie Beach Festival will next week play host to some of Australia’s biggest acts, with the likes of The Church, Killing Heidi and Ted Mulry Gang providing world-class entertainment right on the beach in the Whitsundays. Smash Mouth and Dave Dobbyn will be flying in from abroad to join in, too.

The Wayward Suns are certainly no strangers to the festival circuit. They’ve performed at Buskers by the Creek, Glow festival, Mardigrass and Wallapalooza, and will make their Airlie debut next weekend. This upcoming show will be their largest to date, a massive feat for a band that’s still in its formative years.

You can stream their debut album Paradigm via Spotify below. If you’re heading to Airlie Beach Festival over the weekend, acquaint yourselves with their sound now and be sure to check them out on the big stage.

Paradigm is out now. You can purchase the album here.
