Ex-porn star Ron Jeremy faces 250 years in prison after being slapped with 20 additional charges

Ron Jeremy has been charged with an additional 20 counts of sexual assault and now faces 250 years in prison.

Ex-porn star Ron Jeremy has just been hit with 20 new charges of sexual assault, including lewd conduct with a minor.

Jeremy was originally facing charges for eight counts of sexual assault, to which he pleaded not guilty. However, after the first court appearance in June, a number of women came forward with new allegations.

Jeremy is one of the best-known adult-film actors in history, appearing in over 2,000 movies since the start of his career. He’s also dabbled with stand-up comedy and garnered a reputation as a reality tv star on The Surreal Star.

However, his reputation was clouded with allegations of sexual misconduct for years until he was finally charged earlier this year when four women made allegations related to attacks in West Hollywood between 2014 and 2019. He was ordered to remain in jail in lieu of a $6.6 million bail.

The latest complaints were brought to light on Monday during a court appearance to arrange a date for his preliminary hearing. The new allegations involve twelve separate women, including a fifteen-year-old girl, many of whom work in the adult entertainment industry.

Investigators claim that Jeremy would use his celebrity status to lure women in, taking advantage of them while they were drunk. The statements made by the women include allegations of groping, oral copulation, sexual battery, and forcible rape.

Jeremy is set to be arraigned for the new charges on Monday and faces a possible maximum sentence of more than 250 years in prison.
