Roll up, roll up! Joseph Liddy & The Skeleton Horse are hitting Paddo RSL on May 28th and you’d be a fool to miss it.
If you’re after a night of drinks, dancing, and a little bit of love, then you’ve come to the right place. Sydney favourites Joseph Liddy & The Skeleton Horse are a mega-band comprised of seasoned performers, ready to get your toes moving and the hips swaying.
They’re throwing a BOOGIE WONDERLAND at Paddo RSL on Friday 28th May, so be sure to save the date. If you’re not convinced just yet, not a worry. Let’s run through the event.
Joseph Liddy’s BOOGIE WONDERLAND Super Plush dance party promises a jive-fest till late, crammed with non-stop funk, disco, soul, and good old rock ‘n’ roll. As for the band, they’re versatile and filled to the brim with talent.
The supergroup formed in 2015 and have been filling floors ever since. They’ve played Secret Garden Festival, sold out The Lansdowne, and were an absolute highlight of Newtown Festival.
Even better, JL&TSK has members from other musical projects, including The Middle East, The Good Boys, and Adrian Eagle. The theme for this event is STUDIO 54, so better dust off those corduroy flairs of yours.
JL&TSH won’t be left alone to entertain on this magical evening. The 100% improvisational, 100% impressive Foshe will be on the decks, warming up the night with his unique blend of house music and afro-inspired polyrhythmic grooves. The Dollar Bin Darlings will also be gracing the venue with their signature colourful grooves. Local party starter Poolroom. has also jumped on the lineup.
To them disco is religion, and the dancefloor is their church. Their words, not mine.
Now, onto the formalities. The event will be 18+, and the party will be kicking off around 8pm. You and your mates can scoop up tickets right here. We can’t wait to catch you there.
