Hold on to your guitars, music lovers! Jeff Tweedy, the Wilco frontman, has announced a solo tour for the summer of 2023.
Are you ready for a summer of sweet, sweet sounds? Well, Wilco frontman Jeff Tweedy has just announced his solo tour, set to take place in Summer 2023. But wait, there’s more: joining Tweedy on select dates will be Montreal folk singer Le Ren, bringing even more soulful tunes to the stage.
Kicking off on June 21st at Brooklyn Made in New York City, Tweedy will hit up cities like Washington, DC; St. Louis, Missouri; and Boulder, Colorado, before ending his tour on July 29th in Vernon, British Columbia. Fans can expect an intimate, stripped-down performance from the beloved singer-songwriter, showcasing his raw talent and effortless charm.
But that’s not all Tweedy has in store for fans this year. On November 7th, he’ll be releasing his latest book, World Within a Song, which features him writing about 50 songs that inspired his own music. And as for Wilco, they have a trio of upcoming dates in Reykjavík, Iceland before resuming their North American tour through April 30th.
