Last month we had the good fortune to premiere Wait from Big Strong Brute. the musical moniker of one Paul Donoughue, the track a fun take on guitar music and the video just as exuberant. Today Donoughue turns that all on its head with a stripped back acoustic version of wait he filmed for the good folks at Sessions at the Black Bear Lodge. What he produces is a heartfelt, tender ballad bound to tug at the heartstrings. It’s no wonder this guy has been nominated for the Australian Music Prize.
