PREMIERE: Prepare to be mesmerised by Watching Wolves’ cathartic new single Vitals

Earlier this year, when Heathcote based band Watching Wolves released their Universes EP, we were immediately immersed in their cinematic and cathartic sounds. It’s an anthemic brand of indie rock that will swell inside your body.

Now, with the release of their new single Vitals, the trio continue to build upon their music to deliver something truly memorable. We’re stoked to be premiering it for you today.

On their new single Vitals, Sydney three-piece Watching Wolves deliver an anthemic slice of indie-rock that you’ll be unable to rip your attention away from.

Made up of vocalist and guitarist Reid Brownhill, bassist Kyle Shelley, and drummer Hayden Smith, Watching Wolves blend indie rock, punk, and pop to deliver a sound that will hit you right in the heart.

Throughout Vitals, the three-piece stomp through crunching guitars, bone-rattling percussion, and spirited vocal delivery to craft something that feels simultaneously authentic and theatrical.

“Vitals was written for my little brother, I wanted a song that could be his, something he could listen to and find comfort in during his hardest times,” Brownhill says of the track.

These are still early days for Watching Wolves, but judging by what we’ve heard so far, I think we can safely expect plenty more quality material.

For now, do yourself a favour and listen to the new track above.
