Splendour In The Grass
Splendour In The Grass is one of Australia’s largest and most beloved annual music festivals, held in the Northern Byron Bay Parklands. It was formed in 2001 by Village Sounds Agency and Secret Service music company and began as a one day music event to fill the Australian winter.
The naming of the event was inspired by Ode: Intimations of Immortality, a poem by William Wordsworth. It was housed some of the worlds largest musical acts with 2019 including three headliners: Tame Impala, Childish Gambino and Hilltop Hoods.
