To celebrate the 20th anniversary of The Lord of the Rings movies, Stephen Colbert paid tribute with a rap titled #1 Trilly.
As the anniversary of the release of The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring approaches, Stephen Colbert celebrated on The Late Show with a very unlikely mash-up.
Colbert cast the stars from the epic trilogy as well as a couple of musical guests that resulted in a weird and wonderful tribute to one of the most beloved movie trilogies of all time.

Alongside pro-rappers Killer Mike and Method Man, the video starred Elijah Wood, Sean Astin, Billy Boyd, Dominic Monaghan, Orlando Bloom, Andy Serkis, Hugo Weaving and surprisingly Anna Kendrick, after she was dissed by Frodo.
Weaving knocked it out of the park, with his performance including rapping an entire verse in Elvish.
The video is a little cringy, especially with Stephen Colbert rapping while covered head to toe in some pretty hectic drip but once the familiar faces of Middle-Earth show up, it’s nothing but a sweet slice of nostalgia for LOTR fans.
