Have your mind blown by these incredibly detailed miniature models of big cities

Sometimes pictures speak for themselves. And in the case of South Australian artist Joshua Smith’s miniature models of big cities, this couldn’t be more true.

His mini worlds depict urban landscapes, from Sydney to LA, in excruciating detail with everything in them shrunk down to scale, from tiny bin bags to minuscule ciggie butts and tiny peeling posters.

Smith’s work currently features in New Realities, a group show that runs in at the Muriel Guepin gallery in New York until March. We don’t need to say much more. Prepare to have your mind blown below.
