Kicking off a series of Summer shows, the surf psych superstars from Barefoot Spacemen are making their way down from the International Space Station for a killer single launch early on in December. The track is called Runaway, and if you want to know how it sounds – well you’ll just have to come along.
The perfect opener to your summer festivities, this huge night promises the world’s first taste of the new tune, psych coming out your ears and a couple of shit-hot support acts.
Before the Barefoot Spacemen announce their run of summer shows, they need to drop some heat. Catch their hectic single launch at Brunswick’s iconic Bar Open.
December 3 is the night in question. In terms of supports, you can expect fellow Melbourne psychonauts Dozeys as well as the eclectic, local Brunswick rockers from Hurlin’ Up Limbs.
It’s sure to be a huge night, in one of the thriving musical capitals of Australia. A fiver will get you in, but make sure you empty out a little extra from the piggy bank because there will be merch a-plenty.
