A 5xLP box set collating music from five albums John Coltrane recorded in 1963 is set to be released this month. This follows on from Both Directions at Once, an album Coltrane recorded in 1963 which was finally released in June this year.
As with that album, the release comes by way of Impulse! Records, the artist’s original label from back in ’63 and the company which would became synonymous with Coltrane’s music.
