South-coast solo artist Sam Fletcher‘s take on music is mnemonic, elaborate and ranges across a plethora of smooth vocals and skillful guitar.
Today he has announced the debut of his new single On The Road, which is a classic rock track with a hint of laid-back Australiana.
South-coast based artist Sam Fletcher has just announced his debut single On The Road, which is a nostalgic canvas of huge magnetising energy.
Sam Fletcher’s signature sound is indie folk and classic rock, and there is a nostalgic feeling to Fletcher’s performance that shows immense maturity beyond his years. His fresh take on music is inspired by Australian landscapes and climate change awareness, which such compassion ultimately leads to a more raw side of songwriting.
On The Road was written while Fletcher was camping on the Finke River in South Australia, which soon became a musical testimony to his caravanning travels across Australia.
This track features three main rhythm guitar parts played by Galen, Sam and Russell Fletcher, which provides a driving balanced drawing board for Fletcher’s storytelling abilities and guitar solos.
Inspired by the likes of James Taylor and John Martin, Fletcher is currently in the process of writing and recording his debut EP, adding elegance and lively style to make an impact in the music industry. He is also preparing for his first interstate tour to be announced later this year, so keep those eyes peeled.
