The Brisbane-based artist oozes an immersive brand of music that feels equal parts authentic and cinematic; it’s grounded in pop hooks, but reaches far wider.
Now, with the release of her new music video for that same track, she continues to build herself as one of Aussie pop music’s more exciting and unique emerging acts. If you’re not already familiar with this name, it’s definitely time you changed that.

Throughout the new single, Cloe Terare glides through a hypnotic blend of neo-soul, pop, and electronica to craft a sound uniquely her own. With seemingly flawless production and spell-binding vocal melodies, Take Me Home will have you in a trance from start to finish.
Likewise, the track’s new accompanying video carries a captivating moodiness. It’s simultaneously bleak and hyper-coloured, showcasing the duality in both Terare’s lyricism and sound. By the time the clip reaches its conclusion, you’ll have been roped in completely by her sprawling brand of music.
These still may be early days for this Brisbane artist, but judging by the quality of everything we’ve heard so far, I think we can safely expect plenty more great tunes.
