HBO amps up the hype with the release of an emotional and star-studded Friends Reunion trailer that’s making people lose their minds.
With less than a week till it premieres, the Friends Reunion is causing quite a commotion throughout the online community.
Fans of the hit show, which last aired 17 years ago, are now being teased with an emotionally charged trailer, released by HBO.
The trailer teases a few celebrity appearances – from previous show guests, to Cara Delavigne and James Corden.
However, it is rumoured that a throng of stars, including David Beckham, Cindy Crawford, BTS and Justin Bieber, will be amongst the A-lister’s set to feature in the special.
The trailer features original cast members Jennifer Aniston, Lisa Kudrow, Courtney Cox, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry and David Schwimmer, who reflect on their shared experiences, almost two decades on.
The reunion is set in some of the shows most iconic places, including Monica’s and Joey’s apartments, the Fountain from the opening credits and the beloved Central Perk Café.
As they relive the original set, they are thrust back into the world that changed their lives forever and created life-long friendships in the process.

The reunion is highly anticipated by all, particularly in the wake of Schwimmer’s most recent comments. The actor who played Ross stated that the cast hadn’t been together in the same room in “nine years“. The trailer previews cast members re-enacting memorable scenes that tug at the heartstrings, and features the original cast testing their memory via trivia. It is super wholesome.
