George Harrison’s 2002 tribute concert coming to streaming services, set for vinyl reissue

Concert for George, the all-star 2002 tribute performance celebrating the life and times of George Harrison, will be pressed to 180-gram vinyl for the very first time. In line with the release, the recordings will also be made available on streaming services.

The concert, performed on the one year anniversary of Harrison’s death, included guest spots from Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, Tom Petty, Eric Clapton, Monty Python and more.

George Harrison’s tribute concert, one of the most star-studded nights ever conducted, is being pressed to 180-gram vinyl for the first time.

Concert for George will be available in a variety of different packages and formats, including a limited-edition box set with four LPs, two CDs,  two DVD/Blu-rays and a 60-page hardback book.
