BIGSOUND 2022 came and went with a bang. With our ears still ringing, and the smell of the airport still lingering in our nostrils, we take a moment to look at a few of the highlights from Meeanjin’s biggest music event of the year.

Revelling in the afterglow of the biggest musical event in Brisbane, we just want to give a huge shout-out to BIGSOUND, for giving us the BEST time of our lives!

In the lead-up to the highlights of our BIGSOUND takeover tomorrow, and because we’re in love with Aussie music, we thought we’d give thanks to all the amazing bands that graced the many stages across this year’s event. So, without further ado, let’s jump in and take a look at how our favourite acts captured BIGSOUND!

#1 – Chloe Dadd

Sydney songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist, Chloe Dadd combines dream-pop and hooky guitar riffs, with fiercely-addictive beats and killer vocals. Chloe’s set was bloody electric, to say the least!

Children of Finland Fighting in Norway (C.O.F.F.I.N) are a 4-piece hard rock band that hails from the skateboarding shores of Sydney.
