Ireland porn stats are in, and it turns out MILF is popular, as is the most searched term ‘Irish’… Guess they like it local.
Ireland, best known for being the birthplace of writer Oscar Wilde, and the home of Guinness beer, has had its porn practices studied, and it’s quietly less shocking than you might think.
The stats are in on our Irish buddies, and it has been revealed that the average Irish porn watcher spends 9 minutes and 33 seconds on Pornhub, which is about 20 seconds less than the worldwide average.
The most popular search term in Ireland is “Irish”, which is a common trend among the countries studied. The next three terms, “milf”, “lesbian” and “threesome” followed by “JOI” (Jerk Off Instructions) in order of popularity.
Areas like Mayo and Roscommon are more into “mature” and “granny” porn. Cavan and Laois like to search “anime” while Wexford prefers “cartoon” and Wicklow “Japanese”.
Body-positive searches include “Big Ass” in Lognford, “chubby” in North Tipperary, “big tits” in Limerick and “bbw” in Cork. Kilkenny it turns out likes to look up a good hand job.
Among Ireland’s gay male viewers, the “Daddy” category is +95% more popular, as is the “Twink” category at +74% compared to the world.
The last time such a comprehensive study was conducted, was in 2017, comparatively, there has been a decline in some searches, and a rise in new search terms that have become more commonplace in the last couple of years, whilst Bondage was a hit in 2017, Pegging had yet to be discovered. Cartoon porn was once popular up, whereas lately it’s been replaced more specifically by Anime. MILF it turns out has been steadily hovering between second and third place for eons, and doesn’t appear to be going anywhere yet.
