With a string of consistently great singles under their collective belt, the band have quickly built themselves as one of the most promising and unique emerging acts in Aussie electronic music. Their latest single Get Out is only further proof of this.

Across the new track’s four-minute duration, Ivy Trip glide through a hallucinatory blend of pop, electronica, and indie-rock to deliver a sound that’s uniquely their own. With lush, cascading production, rich vocal hooks, and searing guitar solos, Get Out is a truly dynamic listen from start to finish.
As the track progresses, the band pull in myriad sonic directions—they never sit in one place for too long. One moment you’ll be floating through surreal, woozy synths, and the next you’ll be dancing to groove-laden beats. By the time the track reaches its conclusion, you’ll have been roped in completely by Ivy Trip’s immersive sounds.
These are still relatively early days for this Melbourne three-piece, but judging by the quality of everything we’ve heard so far, I think we can safely expect plenty more quality tunes.
