Watch Kim Churchill perform ‘Nothing Nothing’ Live at Enmore

Kim Churchill recently hit the Live at Enmore studios. Joining forces with special guest Ben from Boo Seeka, they delivered a spine-tingling performance of Nothing Nothing.

Kim Churchill has made a career from his captivating live performances, often in a stripped-back form. So it was a no-brainer for Kim to join the team at the Live at Enmore studios for a session, where he delivered a stunning rendition of his new single, Nothing Nothing.

He was joined by his friend and occasional touring partner Ben Gumbleton, lead singer of Boo Seeka, and another recent guest at the studio. Together, they kept the energy humming with delicate harmonies and incredible guitar work.

Kim Churchill Nothing Nothing

Armed with just their acoustic guitars, Churchill and Gumbleton had everything they needed to fill the space with undulating dynamic peaks, with Churchill’s unique approach to the guitar providing the song’s rhythmic momentum.

Before hitting record, Churchill reflected on the song’s Canadian roots, where he was on tour with Gumbleton:

[We were] kind of just recovering and having some much-needed downtime. We started writing songs together in this apartment…it’s a nice little indicator of our ongoing journey of music together“.
