King Khan is starting his own label and he has a new tune to celebrate

Legendary 60s revivalist King Khan has announced that he’ll be starting his own label, appropriately named Khannibalism, dedicated to unearthing left-field, avant garde, unique records. His first releases will include a spoken word piece by William S. Burroughs and guitarist Bill Frisell.

To celebrate, King Khan has released a brand new track featuring Ian Svenonious from Chain and the Gang titled Hurtin’. As expected, the track is funk-addled, sex-driven, twangy brawl – a little more King Khan & The Shrines than King Khan & BBQ Show.
