Fresh after releasing his album Armwrestling Atlas, WA MC Mathas has a beast of a follow up on his hands with his new single Bravo Toll. Recorded through a single mic and written on a 1979 Yamaha Electone C-35 Organ the single explores the life of the troll (the bridge kind, not the internet kind).
Speaking about the single Mathas said “Once upon a time the Troll would hide under the bridge and threaten you on your way to the greener grass on the other side. Little has changed, only nowadays his intentions are a little less obvious.”
With the new single comes the news that Mathas will be embarking on his biggest run of dates yet throughout April, which includes his appearances at Wide Open Spaces Festival and Big Pineapple Music Festival. Ticket buyers of the Cool Accidents Singles Club shows at Newtown Social Club and Northcote Social Club will also receive a special limited edition 7″ vinyl on entry too! Head to Mathas’ socials for all the ticketing info.
