PTA hits the road with Cameron Winter’s stunning solo show.
Oscar-winning director Paul Thomas Anderson is taking his latest musical collaboration on an old-fashioned roadshow tour.
The filmmaker, who finally claimed his Academy Awards for One Battle After Another earlier this year, filmed Geese frontman Cameron Winter’s electrifying solo performance at New York’s Carnegie Hall last December.

The resulting concert film, Cameron Winter At Carnegie Hall, will debut with 35mm screenings in New York and Los Angeles on November 20 before rolling out to over twenty theatres across America through January.
Anderson shot the performance on both 35mm and 16mm film, co-producing with Benny Safdie. Winter’s live album, produced by Ariel Rechtshaid, accompanies the cinematic release.
While PTA is best known for feature masterpieces, his longtime passion for music documentaries, from Thom Yorke’s Anima to Haim videos, makes this project a natural extension of his artistic vision. Tickets go on sale September 17.
