We’re just a couple of days out from the Happy Mag Issue 13 Launch, and we’re very pleased to announce that Newtown’s own SCABZ will be joining the night for a DJ set.
They’ll be flanked by Bonza Records DJs and Happy DJs, who will keep the tunes spinning between live sets from Wax Witches, Caitlin Harnett & The Pony Boys, and more.
It’s crunch time for the Happy Mag Issue 13 Launch, and SCABZ are here to bring it home. Join “the shittiest band in Newtown” for a DJ set this Friday.
The Outsider Issue will examine outsider art and outsider music under a microscopic lens, painting a picture of its history and evolution. The magazine will also more broadly touch on what it means to operate outside the norm – as an artist, as a creative, or as a human.
Live acts on the night include Wax Witches (playing their first show since 2016 – don’t ask us how we managed that), Caitlin Harnett & The Pony Boys, dave the band, Australia, and Lionel. It’s going to be a ripper.
