Just in case you ever wanted to listen to lullaby versions 0f Snoop Dogg songs, then you’re in luck.
The music label Rockabye Baby Music is releasing a collection of 12 Snoop Dogg classics to send toddlers to sleep.
The world’s most loveable stoner, Snoop Dogg, plans to release an album to mellow out your kids in the nicest way possible.
The new album seems to follow on from a number of interesting, bizarre and wonderful late-career moves. These include the release of a new cookbook through to covering Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds’ Red Right Hand.
From hits such as Who Am I (What’s My Name)? and Doggy Dogg World, the collection can be your kids’ first introduction to the magnificent world of the Doggfather himself. It even includes songs like Gin and Juice, which to be completely honest, isn’t a terribly friendly children’s song.
Luckily all the songs are just a manipulation of the beats and don’t include the actual lyrics to the tracks. If you’re playing your toddler hits like Drop It Like It’s Hot, I begin to question your parenting skills.
Snoop Dogg isn’t anything but loveable, so this album should be a perfect fit for everyone’s favourite stoner.
The collection is bound to be nuthin but a g thang.
The album comes out on December 6th but you can collect it on Vinyl for Record Store Day.
