Earlier in August this year, Sticky Fingers managed to sell out their Enmore Theatre show with zero promotion. This time, their 2016 tour plans have been leaked, making their way around painfully quickly around social media.
The Sydney leg of the 2016 tour, once again at the Enmore Theatre, has been leaked on Facebook with tickets accidentally going on sale. The band’s booking manager Neil Hunt has now said that the boys will be playing around eight or nine shows on home turf next year, with the band not spending much time in Australia.
Sticky Fingers have spent 2015 working on the follow up album to last year’s Land Of Pleasure, which according to the band is “Taking slightly longer than anticipated”. At this stage, the upcoming album is expected to drop in October next year.
