Melbourne band Twin Beasts have decided to call it a day, and have announced one last run of shows before they say their final farewells.
The five-piece has been going strong for six years, releasing two albums and two EP’s. They took to Facebook earlier to announce the news, saying “It’s been a blast. Thankyou. We’re just too busy nowadays to give this Beast the time and energy it needs to grow. So rather than let it fade away or fizzle out of existence we’ve decided to have one last tour/huge party. This band and you guys mean a hell of a lot, we’d love to see you one last time.”
The east coast tour will kick off on November 20 and will see the band through until January 9, where they will play their final show in their hometown of Melbourne.
Friday November 20 – The Loft, Warnambool
Saturday November 21 – The Barwon Club Hotel, Geelong
Friday November 27 – The Phoenix, Canberra
Friday December 4 and Saturday December 5 – Sonny’s House of Blues, Brisbane (early shows)
Friday December 4 and Saturday December 5 – Lefty’s, Brisbane (late shows)
