After another round of talks, the first thing the two nations have been able to agree upon is a safe and humanitarian path for civilians to evacuate.
“The second round of talks is over. Unfortunately, Ukraine does not have the results it needs yet,” Ukraine’s presidential advisor Mykhailo Podolyak said on Twitter.
